SST-Porous®HighFlow pressure relief valve is composed of SST-Porous® vent membrane, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other materials, and is designed with a special structure. When the lithium battery cells are thermally out of control, the pressure relief valve will automatically open to release a large amount of gas and heat to prevent the PACK from exploding; under normal working conditions, it can also be waterproof, breathable and dustproof, and its protection level can reach IP68.

SST-Porous®Plastic threaded explosion-proof valve for lithium battery pack of new energy vehicles，made by SST-Porous® PTFE waterproof and air permeable membrane and plastic cover, welded by ultrosonic or hot pressing, prevents battery from exploring when releasing large amounts of gas;  it can be waterproof, dustproof and air permeable under normal working condition, ingress protection rate up to IP67; it can be reused with long service life.
